Terms and Conditions

We want you to be happy with your purchase. But we understand that our Coffee isn't right for everyone. 

If for any reason you purchased or were given a Bag of our Coffee and are not happy with it, we will gladly give you a full refund, or exchange it for another Coffee of your choice from our website.

Terms and Conditions:

• You must contact us via email stating that you do not like the Coffee and would like a refund and why you were displeased. (This is to help us improve and , if you want, possibly help you find another Coffee Roaster that you would enjoy.)
• The Coffee must have been purchased within 30 days.
• You must be able to provide the receipt number or name of who gifted it to you and when.
• You must have the original bag with it least half of the contents left in it.
• You will be required to ship it back to us. Once it is received we will refund you the full amount to the card it was purchased from or we will exchange it.
• If you choose to exchange the Coffee, please follow these Terms and Conditions above. Once the Coffee has been returned to us, we will ship another Coffee of your choice back to you.
